The time period of two Pendulums is compared by the formula \sqrt{l_{1}/l_{2}} so,

the Equation we have is  \sqrt{1/4}

so the answer will be \frac{1}{2} or 1:2

T=2π√L/g
T1/T2=√L1/L2
T1/T2=√1/4
T1/T2=1/2
