Prime numbers between 1 and 100 are 25
2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41, 43, 47, 53, 59, 61, 67, 71, 73, 79, 83, 89, and 97.
Composite numbers = 74(as 25 are prime and 1 is neither prime nor composite so 100-25-1)
Ratio of prime numbers to composite numbers between 1 and 100 is
 \frac{prime \: numbers \: }{composite \: numbers}  \\  \frac{25}{74}
