volume of cone = 1/3πr^2h

volume of cylinder = πr^2h

height of cone = height of cylinder = (h)

base diameter of cone = base diameter of cylibder

radius of cone = d/2

radius of cylinder= d/2

now, ratio

1/3πr^2h/πr^2h

by cancelling everything

only 1/3 will be left

hence ratio is 1:3
