Ratio of Volume of Cylinder to the cone
 =  \frac{\pi {r}^{2}h }{ \frac{1}{3}\pi {r}^{2}h} \\  =  \frac{1}{ \frac{1}{3} }(as \: they \: are \: having \: same(r)and(h) \\  =  \frac{3}{1}
=3:1.
