Surface Area of sphere = 4 pi r^2

TSA of hemisphere = 3 pi r^2

Required ratio = ( TSA of sphere) / (TSA of hemisphere)

= 4 pi r^2 / 3 pi r^2

= 4 /3

= 4 : 3
