T.S.A of sphere = 4 pi r^2

T.S.A of Hemisphere = 2 pi r^2

given r is same so ==>  4 pi r^2 / 2 pi r^2 == 4/3

let the radius of the sphere = x
therefore, the radius of hemisphere = radius of sphere = x
the total surface area of sphere = 4pier²
the total are of hemisphere = 3pier²
their ratio = 4pier² : 3pier²
                = 4:3
