tsa of cylinder= 2pir(r+h)
lsa of cylinder= 2pirh

tsa/lsa=2pir(r+h)/2pirh                   ( 2pi and r cancel)

= r+h/h
=80+20/20
=100/20
=1/5
= 1:5
