Volume of 1st cylinder =22/7(2x)*2(h)
Volume of 2 nd cylinder =22/7(5x)*2(h)
Ratio=22/7(2x)*2(h):22/7.(5x)*2(h)
Here 22/7, x*2,h are canceled on both sides
Ratio=2*2:5*2
=4:25
