To find:

Value of T1 : T3

Calculation:

As per FBD of 4 kg block:

4g  = T_{3} \:  \:  \:  \:  \: .......(1)

As per FBD of 3kg block:

3g + T_{3}  = T_{2}  \:  \:  \:  \: ......(2)

As per FBD of 2 kg block:

2g + T_{2}  = T_{1}  \:  \:  \:  \: ......(3)

Putting value of T3 in eq.(2)

 =  > 3g + 4g  = T_{2}

 =  >  T_{2}   = 7g

Putting value of T2 in eq.(3)

2g + T_{2}  = T_{1}

 =  > 2g + 7g  = T_{1}

 =  > T_{1}   = 9g

So, required ratio:

 \boxed{ \bf{T_{1} : T_{3} = 9g : 4g = 9  : 4}}
