To find:

Value of T1 : T3

Calculation:

As per FBD of 4 kg block:

$4g = T_{3} \: \: \: \: \: .......(1)$

As per FBD of 3kg block:

$3g + T_{3} = T_{2} \: \: \: \: ......(2)$

As per FBD of 2 kg block:

$2g + T_{2} = T_{1} \: \: \: \: ......(3)$

Putting value of T3 in eq.(2)

$= > 3g + 4g = T_{2}$

$= > T_{2} = 7g$

Putting value of T2 in eq.(3)

$2g + T_{2} = T_{1}$

$= > 2g + 7g = T_{1}$

$= > T_{1} = 9g$

So, required ratio:
