8×10=80

9×10=90

rational number between 8 and 9 are:

81,82,83,84...

2: multiply both by 10

1×10/9×10=10/90

2×10/9×10=20/90

the rational number between 10/90 and 20/90 are:

11/90,12/9013/90...
