$2 {x}^{3} + 3 {x}^{2} - 11x - 6 = 0$
Substitute x=2=>
$2.{2}^{3} + 3. {2}^{2} - 11(2) - 6 =0$
=> 16+12-22-6=0.
When we divide the polynomial by (x-2)
=> we get
$2 {x}^{2} - 7x + 3 = 0$
=>
$2 {x}^{2} - 6x - x + 3 = 0$
=>
$2x(x - 3) - 1(x - 3) = 0$
=>
