= √27 = √9 x 3 = 3√3

= 3√3 x √3

= 3 x 3 = 9 is a rational number.

= √3 is the rationalizing factor of √27 .

Note that, √27 = 3√3 means 3√3 x 3√3 = 9 x 3 = 27.

Hence 3√3 is also a rationalizing factor of √27 . In the same way 4√3 , 7√3 , ... are
