3/4 -2/5÷(-4/25)×7/15+2/3=> 3/4- 2/5(-25/4)×7/15+2/3=> 3/4 +5/2×7/15+2/3=> 3/4 +7/6+2/3 =>3(3)+7(2)+2(4)/12 => 9+14+8/12=> 31/12

 \frac{3}{4}  -  \frac{2}{5}  \div  \frac{ - 4}{25}  \times  \frac{7}{15}  +  \frac{7}{15}  +  \frac{2}{3}  \\  =  \frac{3}{4}   +  \frac{5}{2}   \times  \frac{7}{15}  +  \frac{7}{15}  +  \frac{2}{3}   \\  =  \frac{3 }{4}  +  \frac{7}{6}  +  \frac{7}{15}  +  \frac{2}{3}  =  \frac{176}{60}  \\ so \: its \: reciprocal \: is \:  \frac{60}{176}
