Given rational number,

\sf { (\frac{5}{2}) }^{ - 2}  \div  {( \frac{1}{5} )}^{ - 3}

\sf =  {( \frac{2}{5}) }^{2}  \div  {5}^{3}

 \sf =  \frac{ {2}^{2} }{ {5}^{2} }  \times  \frac{1}{ {5}^{3} }

 \sf =  { \frac{ {2}^{2}}{ {5}^{5} } }

Therefore, reciprocal,

  \sf=  \frac{ {5}^{5} }{ {2}^{2} }
