P(x, y) is equidistant from A(7,1) and B(3,5)

So,

√(7-x)²+(1-y)²=√(x-3)²+(y-5)²

(7-x)²+(1-y)² = (x-3)²+(y-5)²

49 + x²-14x+1+y²-2y=x²+9-6x+y²+25-10y

50+x²+y²-14x-2y=34+x²+y²-6x-10y

50-14x-2y=34-6x-10y

16=8x-8y

2=x-y

x=2+y
