the relative densities actually varies with respect to the mass and size of the fruits as well as the vegetables.
Some of the relative densities are given as fellows
1) Apple 1.04 2) Onion 0.91 3)Lemon 1.02

4) Potato 1.08 5) Tomato 0.92

6)carrot 1.09
But remember these are the approximate value not the absolute one this is because every piece of the vegetable and fruit may vary in the size as well as in the mass thus effecting the relative density so these densities will also be varied from piece to piece.

Relative density is actually the density of a thing or a object with respect to the density of water . which means the comparing of substance density with the water density is done on it which have the density of 1g/cm3
Density can be calculated using the formula mass/volume easily.

i hope its hlp you
