Answer:
when polynomial p(x)=2x⁴-3x³+4x²-2x-8 is divided by 2x-9,then by remainder theorem remainder is equal to p(9/2)
Now, p(x)=2x⁴-3x³+4x²-2x-8
p(9/2)=2(9/2)⁴-3(9/2)³+4(9/2)²-2(9/2)-8
=2×6561/16-3×729/8+4×81/4-9-8
=6561/8-2187/8+81-9-8
=8748/8+81-17
= 8748/8-64
=8748-512/8
=8236/8
=2059/2
