x = -1/2

4*(-1/2)^2 + 5*(-1/2) + 3

4* 1/4 - 5/2 + 3

1 - 5/2 + 3

[ L.C.M. = 2 ]

1 - 5 + 6 / 2

2/2 = 1

remainder = 1
