p(x)= 3x3-2x2-x+1
on dividing p(x) by x+3
let x=-3
p(-3)=3(-3)3-2(-3)2-(-3)+1
=3(-27)-2(9)+3+1
=-81-18+4
=-81-14
=-95 is the remainder
