Hy frnd..

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER..

Let p(x) = 3x3 - 4x2 + 7x - 5

When p(x) is divided by (x +3) the remainder is p(-3)

Put x = -3 in p(x)

p(-3) = 3(-3)3 - 4(-3)2 + 7(-3) - 5

= -81 +36 - 21 - 5 = -61

Hope you find it helpful.. :)

Let p(x) = 3x3 - 4x2 + 7x - 5

When p(x) is divided by (x + 3) the remainder is p(3)

Put x = -3 in p(x)

p(-3) = 3(-3)cube3 - 4(-3)sqr2 + 7(-3) - 5

0-12+21-5

12-16

4

= 81 - 36 + 21 - 5 =-61
