2x=5

x=5/2

p(x)=4x³+3x²-4x-3

p(5/2)=4(5/2)³+3(5/2)²-4(5/2)-3

=125/2+75/4-10-3

=250/4+75/4-13

=325/4-13

=325/4-52/4

=273/4
