3x - 1 = 0
x = 1/3
1/3^2 + 6(1/3)^2 - 2(1/3) - 4
1/9 + 6(1/9) - 2/3 - 4
1/9 +2/3 - 2/3 - 4
1/9 - 4
= -35/4
