Zero of the polynomial x - 1 is 1

So,

p(x) = 3 {x}^{4} - 4 {x}^{3} - 3x - 1

p(1) = 3 {(1)}^{4} - 4 {(1)}^{3} - 3(1) - 1 \\ = 3 - 4 - 3 - 1 \\ = - 5

Remainder is -5
