As 2x+1 is deviding

2x+1 = 0 { According to Remainder Theorem}

2x+1 = 0 { According to Remainder Theorem}x = -1/2

Now p(x) = 3x²+2x-7

So, P(-1/2)= 3(-1/2)²+2(-1/2)-7

= 3/4 -1-7

= (3-32)/4 = -29/4

So Remainder is -29/4

Hope it help you
