Find the remainder when the polynomial. 3x²+4x -11 is divided by x-2 by long division method​

x-2=0 ,x= 2

by substituting 2 in place of x we get

p(x) = 3(2)^2+4(2)-11

= 3(4)+8-11

=12+8-11= 20-11= 9
