<b>Given expression is

 {x}^{2}  - 3 {x}^{2}  + 3x - 1

Let's find the value of 'x'

x -  \frac{1}{2}  = 0

x =  \frac{1}{2}

Substitute the value of 'x' in the expression to find the remainder

 \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  - 3 \times  \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{1}{2}  + 3 \times  \frac{1}{2}  - 1

 \frac{1}{4}  -  \frac{3}{4}  +  \frac{3}{2} - 1

0

Therefore , the given value of x is the factor of given expression
