ANSWER

DIVIDEND = DIVISOR × QUOTIENT + REMAINDER

DIVIDEND = QUOTIENT × (X-3) + REMAINDER

PUT X = 3

WE GET

REMAINDER = (3)^3 -2(3)+1

= > 27-6+1

=> 22
