here's Ur answer

g(x) =5+2x

5+2x=0

2x=-5

X=-5/2

p(x) =x^3+3x^2+3x+1

p(-5/2)=(-5/2)^3+3(-5/2)^2+3(-5/2)+1

=-125/8+3×25/4+3×-5/2+1

=-125/8+75/4-15/2+1

=(150-125)/8+(2-15)/2

=275/8-13/2

=(275-52)/8

=223/8

=27.875

hence remainder = 27.875
