Here, f(x) = x³ - 7x + 2

and, g(x) = x + 2

If, g(x) = 0

x = -2

So, for x = -2

f(-2) = (-2)³ - 7(-2) + 2

= -8 + 14 + 2 = 8

∴ Remainder is 8 .
