Answer:

- 13

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :

\large \text{$p(x)=x^2+5x-7 \ and \ g(x)=x+2$}

We have to find remainder

Zeroes of g ( x ) = x  + 2 = 0

x = - 2

Now putting x = - 2 in p ( x )

\large \text{$p(x)=x^2+5x-7$}\\\\\\\large \text{$p(-2)=(-2)^2+5(-2)-7$}\\\\\\\large \text{$p(-2)=4-10-7$}\\\\\\\large \text{$p(-2)=4-17$}\\\\\\\large \text{$p(-2)=-13$}

Thus we get remainder - 13.
