By Remainder Theorem,

2x = -1

x =
 \frac{-1}{2}

________________________

Remainder = 3(-1/2)
³ -7(-1/2)² + 4(-1/2) + 11

Remainder = -3/8 -7/4 - 2 + 11

Remainder = -3/8 -7/4 + 9

Remainder =
 \frac{-3 - 14+ 72}{8}

Remainder =
 \frac{55}{8}

i hope this will help you
