zero of 5 + 2 x equals to -5/2

so on putting the value of x as - 5 /2 in the equation given we will get the remainder by remainder theorem.

so we have:

-5/2. +. 3(-5/2)^2. +3(-5/2) +1

  • -5/2 +3(25/4)+(-15/2)+1
  • 109-40/4
  • 69/4

hope this will be helpful......
