5 = 2/3 (2x - 1)

5×3 = 2(2x - 1)

15 = 4x - 2

4x = 15+2

4x = 17

x = 17/4

Hope it helps u : )

given: equation 5= 2/3 (2x-1)

to find: roots of the given equation

the equation is 5= 2/3 (2x-1)

to find roots of the given equation, we need to write all the numeric terms on one side and x term on another side.

lets take x in LHS and rest other terms in RHS, and solve further.

  15/2 = 2x-1

  (15/2)+1 = 2x

  15+2/2 = 2x

  17/2 = 2x

  17/4 = x
