SOLUTION:

=> x² -5x+2x -10 = 0

=> (x²-5x) +(2x-10) = 0

=> x(x-5) +2(x-5) = 0

=> (x-5)(x+2) =0

Either, (x-5) = 0

=> x -5 = 0

=> x = 5

Either; (x+2) = 0

=> x = (-2)

Zeros of the quadratic polynomial = 5 and (-2)
