3 {x}^{2}  - 5x + 2 = 0 \\  =  > 3( {x}^{2}  -  \frac{5x}{3}  +  \frac{2}{3} ) = 0 \\  =  > 3( {x}^{2}  -  \frac{5x}{3}  +  \frac{25}{36} ) =  \frac{25}{12}  - 2 \\  =  > ( {x -  \frac{5}{6}) }^{2}   =   (  { \frac{1}{6} )}^{2}  \\  =  > (x -  \frac{5}{6} ) =  | \frac{1}{6} |   \\  =  > x =  \frac{5}{6}  +   \frac{1}{6}  \\  =  > x =  \frac{5}{6}  -  \frac{1}{6}  \\  =  > x = 1 \\  =  > x =  \frac{2}{3}
Hope it helps
