9 {x}^{2}  - 9(a  -  b)x + (2 {a}^{2} + 5ab  + 2 {b}^{2} ) = 0 \\ 9 {x}^{2}  - 9ax + 9bx + 2 {a}^{2}  + 5ab + 2 {b}^{2}  = 0 \\ 9x(x - a) + b(9x + 2b) + a(2a + 5b) = 0 \\ (x - a + 9x + 2b + 2a + 5b)(9x + b + a) = 0 \\ (10x + a + 7b) = 0 \\  x =  -  \frac{(a + 7b)}{10 }  \\ 9x +  a+ b  = 0 \\ x = -   \frac{(a + b)}{9}
