4a = 81/a

4a^2 = 81

4a^2 - 81 = 0

(2a + 9)(2a - 9) = 0

when 2a + 9 = 0,

a = -9/2

when 2a - 9 = 0,

a = 9/2

therefore, a = -9/2 or 9/2
