find the roots of following quadratic equation ; (x+3) (x-1) = 3(x-1/3)
please help me !!

x2 + 2x -3 = 3x -1

x2 - x -2 =0

x2 - 2x +x -2 = 0

x(x-2) +1 (x-2) = 0

(x-2) (x+1) = 0

roots = 2, -1
