EXPLANATION.

Roots of quadratic equation.

⇒ 2x² - 5x + 3 = 0.

As we know that,

Factorizes the equation into middle term splits, we get.

⇒ 2x² - 3x - 2x + 3 = 0.

⇒ x(2x - 3) - 1 (2x - 3) = 0.

⇒ (x - 1)(2x - 3) = 0.

x = 1  and  x = 3/2.
