 \huge \underline{ \overline{ \mid{ \bold{ \green{ answer}} \mid}}} \\ \sf \: given \: ratio \: of \: boys \: and \: girls \: = > 5 : 3 \\ \sf \: sum \: of \: the \: term \: of \: ratio = > 5 + 3 = 8 \\ number \: of \: boys \: { \green{ \mathbb{ \frac{5}{8} \times 720 = 450}}} \\ number \: of \: girls \: { \red{ \mathbb{ \frac{3}{8} \times 720 = 270}}} \\ \bf \: hence \: there \: are \: 450 \: boys \\ \bf \: and \: 270 \: girls \: in \: the \: school
