Solving the equation by completing the square method.

4x² + 3x +5 = 0   (Dividing the whole equation by 4)

x²+3x/4 + 5/4=0

x² + 3x/4 = -5/4     (putting the equation in a² + 2ab + b²)

x² + 2 × x × 3/4 × 1/2  = -5/4  (Here we have multiplied 1/2 to make the equation equal to the earlier step)

x² + 3x/4 + (3/4)² = -5/4 + (3/4)²  {Adding (3/4)² in both sides of the equation}

(x+ 3/4 )² = 9/16 - 5/4

(x+ 3/4 )² = 9/16 -20/16

(x+ 3/4 )² =-11/16

x+ 3/4  =  √-11/16

x  = √-11/4-3/4

x = (√-11-3)/4  (Answer)

That's it friend!
