To Find :- The roots of the given equation!

2x²– 5x + 3 = 0

Using middle term splitting method !

2x²– 3x - 2x + 3 = 0

x ( 2x - 3 ) - 1 ( 2x - 3 ) = 0

( 2x - 3 ) = 0 , ( x - 1 ) = 0

x = 3/2   ,  x = 1

Hence, 3/2 and 1 are the roots of the equation.

Given: p(x) =  2x^{2} - 5x + 3

To find the roots

p(x) =  2x^{2} - 5x + 3 = 0

 \implies 2x^{2} - 2x - 3x + 3 = 0 \\ \implies 2x(x -1) -3(x-1) = 0  \\ \implies (2x - 3)(x -1) = 0

2x - 3 = 0

x =  \dfrac{3}{2}

x - 1 = 0

x = 1

Roots of polynomial are \dfrac{3}{2} and 1
