x^2-2*x/3+2/3=0
x^2-2x/3+1/9-5/9=0
(x-1/3)^2-(root5/3)^2=0
(x-(1+root5)/3)(x-(1-root5)/3)=0
x=(1+root5)/3
and
x=(1-root5)/3
