  {t}^{2}  -  \sqrt{7}  {}^{2}

using

 {a}^{2}   -   {b }^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b)

so it will be

(t-7)(t+7)=0

we get two values of t as

t =   +  \sqrt{} 7 and  -  \sqrt{} 7
