2x²+5/3×-2=0

MULTIPLY BY 3 ON BOTH THE SIDES

3(2x²+5/3x-2)=3×0

We get

6x²+5x-6=0

3x(2x+3)-2(2x+3)=0

(2x+3) (3x-2)=0

Therefore

2x-3=0 or 3x-2=0

x=3/2 or x=2/3

Therefore x=3/2 or x=2/3 are the roots of the quadratic equation.
