=> (2x)²  + 2* √3  * (2x)  + (√3)² = 0

=> (2x)²  + 2  * (2x) * √3   + (√3)² = 0

Comparing with (a + b)² = a² + 2ab  + b²

a = 2x

b = √3

=> (2x + √3)² = 0

=> 2x + √3 = 0

=> x = - √3 /2
