HERE IS UR ANSWER DEAR,

it is in the ax²+ bx + c =0

here

  • a= 2
  • b= 1.
  • c= -6

sum of roots = -b/a = -(1)/2 = -1/2

product of roots = c/a = -6/2 = -3
