Formula:- -b±√b²-4ac/2a

==> -1 ± √1² - 4(4)(-3) / 2×4

==> -1 ± √1+48 / 8

==> -1 ± 7 /8

First solve by +

=> -1 + 7 / 8

=> 6 / 8

=>3/4

Now solve by -

=> -1 - 7 / 8

=> -8/8

=>-1

Hence roots of equation are:- 3/4 & -1
