Answer :-

3x² - 5x + 2 = 0

=> 3x² -3x - 2x + 2 = 0

=> 3x( x - 1) - 2( x - 1) = 0

=> (3x - 2)(x - 1) = 0

so, 3x - 2 = 0. or. x - 1 = 0

x = 2/3. or. x = 1

To find the nature of root

a = 3, b = 5. and c = 2

D = b² - 4ac

D = 5² - 4× 3 × 2

D = 25 - 24

D = 1

Since, D is greater than 0

Therefore, the equation will have real and distinct roots.
