Answer:

2x²-7x +3=0

2x²-x-6x +3= 0

x(2x -1) -3(2x-1) = 0

(2x-1)(x-3) = 0

x= 1/2 or x= 3

Answer:

2x^2-7x=-3

X^2-7x/2=-3/2

X^2-2x1/2x7x/2=-3/2

X^2-2x1/2x7x/2+(7/4)^2=-3/2+(7/4)^2

(X-7/4)^2=-3/2+49/16

(X-7/4)^2=25/16

X-7/4=+or -5/4

x=+5/4+7/4

X=12/4=3

Also

X=-5/4+7/4

2/4=1/2

Hence x=3 and 1/2
